A 16-year veteran and pioneer of the legal staffing industry and an attorney herself, Leslie introduced the benefits of legal staffing to law firms and corporations before it was a common practice. In 2007, seeing the limitations of the traditional staffing model, she founded Tower Legal Solutions with a passion for providing her clients with the highest level of customer service in legal staffing and managed review. She envisioned a service-oriented model that empowered clients with effective control and oversight, and she engaged committed candidates through targeted job opportunities.

Based on the principles of open communication, transparency, and accountability, Tower Legal Solutions has grown under Leslie’s leadership into a preferred provider of legal staffing and managed review solutions to Fortune 100 companies and large law firms across the country. By focusing on both sides of the contract lawyer equation, Leslie is proud to have generated a loyal customer and candidate base that is unsurpassed in the industry. As a well-respected leader in the industry, she has built a dynamic and experienced team of industry professionals, all of whom are equally dedicated and committed to the success of their clients and candidates.

Leslie received her BA from the University of Rochester and her JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Tower Legal Solutions is a WBENC-certified woman-owned company, and Leslie is an active member of the Women Presidents’ Organization, which is dedicated to supporting and empowering women entrepreneurs. Leslie was also recently named one of Ernst & Young LLP’s 2012 Entrepreneurial Winning Women.

Marcia earned her BS from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from Columbia Business School. Prior to joining Tower Legal Solutions in 2008, she held senior financial and human resources positions in a variety of industries, including staffing. Throughout her career, Marcia has focused on leading teams across multiple disciplines and positioning organizations for change. Her broad skill set, creativity, and knowledge of efficient operating procedures and infrastructure development have been instrumental in Tower’s rapid growth.

After graduating from Tufts with a BA in international relations and a mastery of French, Maria worked as a paralegal, manager, and recruiting manager with two large, international law firms based in New York City. Through the years, she was fortunate to use her language skills and started learning Italian and Spanish as well. When she finally transitioned to the staffing side of the industry, her client-side and language expertise proved invaluable. When the opportunity at Tower arose in 2010, Maria was excited to join a growing, woman-owned business that emphasized building relationships with both clients and candidates. In addition, she enjoys the opportunity to contribute her knowledge of foreign languages to assist the company in staffing language reviews.

After graduating with honors from Pfeiffer University with a BA in pre-law and political science, Holly attended Appalachian School of Law. She was director of operations in the financial staffing industry prior to joining Tower Legal Solutions. Speaking with founder Leslie Firtell, Holly was impressed by the depth of the executive team’s experience and by the company’s values and unique approach to matching candidates with clients. Since coming on board, Holly has helped grow and develop the Tower office in Charlotte, NC, bringing our unique focus on successful client and candidate outcomes to a market she has served for over a decade.

Raoul brings over two decades of operations management experience to Tower Legal Solutions. Drawing upon his successful focus on consultative business development, Raoul is excited to contribute his skills to a company that emphasizes clients’ priorities and needs. His role at Tower includes developing key initiatives to ensure quality and the highest level of customer satisfaction. Raoul attended the University of Maine and has completed continuing education management courses.
