Our accomplished team of professionals have served as practicing attorneys, experienced paralegals, law firm recruiters and staffing professionals for a number of the world’s preeminent law firms and corporate legal departments. We understand the needs of both our clients and our candidates in a manner that only comes from the experience of having worked in the environments within which our clients and our candidates operate.

In order to achieve this goal and to make outstanding placements, our entire staff is trained to interface with both the client and candidate. For example, our recruiters meet our clients, and our management team meets our candidates. We recognize that there is a chemistry involved in every placement and in order to make the right match, our entire organization needs to understand which candidates are appropriate for each client.
Working With Us
Our management and recruiting teams are available 24/7 to respond to staffing requests or changes, absences, employee concerns and any other employment issues. We also respond immediately to requests for reports or any other project-related documentation or information. Should an issue occur involving one of our temporary employees, we immediately respond and take action depending on the most appropriate solution. To avoid co-employment issues, we deal directly with our employees regarding any employment issue while on assignment. We are committed to staying connected to our clients, outside counsel and our candidates through the duration of the assignment.
We routinely contact all parties immediately after the assignment begins and then on a weekly basis, either orally or in person during on-site visits, unless the client or outside counsel has requested otherwise.
We are constantly measuring the performance of our on-site and off-site contract staff as well as our company, in general. For example, for projects on-site, we have the ability to generate productivity reports and review them either with the candidate or the client.
When an assignment is complete, we follow-up by providing our clients and/or outside counsel with a written customer satisfaction survey. We also follow the same procedure with our candidates to ensure that they are satisfied as well.
We also monitor new developments and changes in the legal staffing industry to ensure that our practices are current. Some examples include employee incentives, review platforms and technology.
