Screening & Placement
Our candidate screening process begins with an in-depth phone screen discussing the candidate’s work experience, skills and any lapses in employment. This is followed by an in-depth, in-person interview at our office. Following the interview, we notate qualifications based on education, skills, years of experience and references. We also document the level of professionalism of the candidate.
We do pre-employment criminal background checks and we verify college, professional degrees and Bar admission(s). We also obtain two professional references in order to confirm work experience and skills. For foreign language reviews, we test language skills. We also have the ability to conduct a credit check and arrange for fingerprinting or drug testing, if requested.
